On June 5,2023, the Fuyang District Industrial Robot System Operator Skills Competition opened in Hangzhou Longli Intelligent Technology Co., LTD. This competition is organized by the District Federation of Trade Unions, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Youth League District Committee, the Dongzhou Sub-district Office, organized by the Dongzhou Sub-district Federation of Trade Unions, Hangzhou Science and Technology Vocational and Technical College, and co-organized by Hangzhou Longli Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
The opening ceremony
This competition includes the theoretical test (30%) and the practical skills (70%). Among them, the theory examination includes industrial robot, electrical, mechanical automation and other related professional knowledge; the skill practical operation includes the installation and debugging of mechanical electrical system of supporting equipment in the industrial robot application workstation system, industrial robot calibration and programming of teaching equipment, and completes the handling and assembly of workpieces.
This competition has strong pertinence and effectiveness, comprehensively tested the skill level and comprehensive quality. On the field, the players calmly responded, compared the standard operation, the quality of the process, fully demonstrated the "work line drill line" excellence, "dare not safe" meticulous.

On the afternoon of the same day, the results of the industrial robot system operator skills competition were released, and Sheng Kai and Zhang Yucheng from Zhejiang Shengxuan Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. won the first and second place respectively, and Sun Haoqi from Hangzhou Zhongce Qingquan Industrial Co., Ltd. won the third place. After the game, all the contestants carefully summed up the experience and found the shortcomings. Related contestants said that the competition not only allowed them to show their skills, but also built a bridge of communication and learning among the skilled personnel in the whole district, which was of great help to improve their skills.
